Indian judicial is a fourth grade and fraudulent set up with all wings of judiciary -The police, lawyers and judges being cheap and unaccountable guys on loose. They still behave as if they work under British Rule and reporting to British Queen. They have no shame and guilt.Every 1.5 years judges are transferred who keep giving dates. No accountability. A judge has to dispose only 14-15 fles a month. At this rate it will need 100 years to clear case but new will come up.In cases even after 5 years nothing moves. This is sinister and criminal act of judiciary and high handedness. They are overfed, over pampered and are called honourable whereas their acts are vulgar and irresponsible. Money is made in affidavits and bails. Go to any court premises and see situation worse than fish market.Court rooms are dirty and crowded and no discpline exists.Corrupt lawyers have full control on system. They expolit and make money. There are no regulations actually in place for advocates. It is free for all.It is matter of shame for India. Most of top Industrialists of world and our CJIs have criticised and commnented.See current PM Manmohan. He never talks about judicial reforms. For that matter he never talks of any reforms. But still he is called expert. He is merely a superannuated bureaucrat appointed as PM.Big mockery of deocracy. He wasted 5 years of India. Now another 5 will go to dogs.He is running PM office like any other rotten third rate government department.Shame! People of India must revolt.
I, am detailing a bitter experience for your reference - I, bought a Car - Tata Indica Vista Anniversary Edition in Feb.,2009., and has run for 7000Kms.

The Car was being used and I was comfortable using the same, however everything changed after the 2nd Service as the Brakes started failing and now the Brakes of the Car have failed on 5 occasions in the last one month. The workshop Autolinks confirmed in the 1st Brake Failure that the Brake Booster failed , an important component failure, that too at this early stage is itself Dangerous and needs Thorough Investigation, which Tata Motors has not committed ,rather is finding faults in me and my driving - I probably would have driven close to 2 lakh Kms in the last 30 years of driving and by Gods Grace without any incident till date.

The Booster was replaced under warranty , however even after the replacement ( though claimed by the workshop, I really doubt if the same has been replaced or only repaired and refixed) the Brakes are failing.

The Car was damaged in the 5th brake failure. Tata Motors is simply maintaining " Car is perfectly OK " and not accepting my views " the Brakes fail " - trying to imply whatever happened is my apprehensions and the Damage is my mistakes.

Have been trying to involve top Tata officials, however they have not replied to a single mail inspite of forwarding close to 10-12 mails in the past 1 month. A junior officer at Gurgaon has finally started communicating and is ready to repair the Car at Tata Motors cost provided - I accept to give them in writing " the CAR is OK " , which I have declined, hence they have refused to repair the Car at their cost.

Initially this official committed the cost of repair will be ~ Rs.5-6,000.00 , however once I refused to accept and give anything in writing they refused to repair and at that point the charges explored from Autolinks - they have sent me an Estimate of Rs.20,500.00. One can visualize the way the manipulation is going on.

It is now becoming clear they are simply trying to Defend themselves and putting the entire mistake on my shoulders - my question raised to Tata Motors is still not Answered - when we try to even take care of any item bought for few thousand Rs, why would I, damage my car worth Rs.5. Lakh, that too with my family on a highway.

I, assume it would be appropriate if this mail is sent to friends , families so as they are aware of the Car and its deficiency and decide to purchase this car only if they are wanting to RISK their Life and their Beloved loved ones

This I, am not wanting to get into any confrontation , however since Tata's are not ready to accept the Deficiency and work on it I, felt my duty to inform the public at large to know about my experience.

Kindly forward this mail to all your friends and family for their information and evaluation.

God gave our first parents the food He designed that the race should eat. It was contrary to His plan to have the life of any creature taken. There was to be no death in Eden. The fruit of the trees in the garden was the food man's wants required. A benevolent Creator had given them evidences of His goodness and love in providing them with fruits‚ vegetables‚ grains‚ and nuts‚ and in causing to grow out of the ground every variety of trees for usefulness and beauty. It is only after sin that animals started to eat animals and man began to eat animals contrary to God's will.

Veg food

God gave man no permission to eat animal food until after the flood. Everything had been destroyed upon which man could subsist. The Lord permitted Noah to eat of the clean animals which he had taken with him into the ark. But animal food was not the healthiest article of food. Notably‚ with the introduction of meat into the diet‚ the recorded life-span of man drastically decreased after the flood. The average length of life before the flood was 912 years‚ whilst after‚ only 350 years. Successive generations after the flood degenerated more rapidly. Furthermore‚ God had given definite commands that any meat that was to be eaten was to be eaten without any fat and without any of the blood This is the tastiest part of the meat!
KILLAI (TN): Showcasing secular values in this remote village of TamilNadu, a devout Muslim couple have built a temple for Hindu Goddess Mariammanin the backyard of their house and conduct regular poojas, arousing interestand curiosity in this region, whichremains a citadel of communal harmony. It all started with a dream that M Bashirbi (50) had in her sleep and herhusband Mohammed Ali Jinnah (55) without any hesitation gave his fullbacking for building the small temple 10 years back in the backyard of theirthatched house in this town, nearChidambaram, about 250 km south of Chennai."We built the temple 10 years back after the Amman appeared in my wife'sdream. When she told me about this, I immediately accepted. I did notconsult anyone... for me all religions are the same," Jinnah, who runs a teashop, said.Bashiribi raised money by selling her jewels and through other means tobuild the temple. "We went to Kumbakonam, known for idol making, to purchasethe idols," she said.Since then Bashiribi has been conducting poojas and even holding annualfestivals when the utsav idol of the Goddess is taken around the town. The family doesn't find any contradictions in being Muslims and at the sametime tending to a Hindu Goddess. Though Jinnah has stopped offering namazand visits to the mosque for Friday prayers, his sons still offer namaz andattend Friday prayers.Such has been Bashiribi's reverence to the Goddess, she even has the pictureof the Mariamman tattooed on one of her hands.

Sometimes I wonder who am i, where am I, what for are we living. Arnt we just running in our life for nothing. Just we are running for what. Can someone answer what is real life. The whole life seems to be a lie. A mirage. We think once we achive money we will be successful, at times we think let me accomplish this then I am satisfied but then the end never comes. We set more higher goals for them. The people who have money power and fame and also everything in life are also not happy. Can anyone answer it for me.

I have thought enough and thinking even today, why did we come into this world. What will we accomplish being in this world.

GOD

My God was living with me

He lived me yesterday

And today he died, in full bloom of his youth

They say it was murder but I suspect sucide

For he could not answer his own questions.

Quote from Swami Vivekanand

LIVE IN HARMONY WITH ALL.
GIVE UP ALL IDEA OF EGOISM,
AND ENTERTAIN NO SECTARIAN VIEWS.
USELESS WRANGLING IS A GREAT SIN.
BY BEING PLEASANT ALWAYS
AND SMILING, IT TAKES YOU NEARER
TO GOD, NEARER THAN ANY PRAYER.
(Swami Vivekanand)

selfish

UNSELFISHNESS IS THE TEST OF RELIGION.
HE WHO HAS MORE OF THIS UNSELFISHNESS
IS MORE SPIRITUAL AND NEARER TO SIVA.
AND IF A MAN IS SELFISH, EVEN THOUGH
HE HAS VISITED ALL THE TEMPLES,
SEEN ALL THE PLACES OF PILGRIMAGE,
AND PAINTED HIMSELF LIKE A LEOPARD,
HE IS STILL FURTHER OFF FROM SIVA.

How did India gets its name

Bharat's name is not derived out of King Bharath. Bha means knowledge/ Light and rat means to be involved. Hence the term Bharat conveys the meaning of a country which is involved in the pursuit of Knowledge. Of course, we had a King by name Bharat but that is nothing to do with the country's name
